Nelwater Consulting just finished our first food shoot with Cru Cafe. Executive Chef John Zucker was on hand to prepare all the delights with Chef Ryan and Chef Travers, here's a behind the scenes look. Please remember, I am not a videographer so this is pretty funny with the way it's shot and edited, which is why I use Docent~Prodigy for all my video (just not this one!) --Click Here to watch the behind the scenes video.

On Saturday, October 23, along with my trusty video production gurus, Erica & Jason Bennett from Docent Prodigy, we shot the second commercial for Germain Dermatology. This new commercial has a twist- we used animals! It's much harder than you think and thanks to the animal wrnagling expertise of Kay Hyman from the Charleston Animal Society, we had some wonderful shots. Almost every animal we used in the upcoming commercial was rescued by the Charleston Animal Society and we wanted to bring attention to this wonderful organization. The commercial is in post production and should be hitting the airwaves soon. I was the producer and director on this project and thank the CAS and Kay Hyman for being so helpful!

Here's a shot of Lily the Iguana, adopted by Thomas Grafe from the CAS, mugging for the camera
